Meet Shae Rose

ahhh! I don't even know where to begin! I am so in LOVE with my job! I've been taking photos since 2019 when a friend and I decided to start taking senior photos for our graduating class. Little did I know this would begin my love and career for photography. A few years in I really discovered my love for taking photos of love and human connection. I found a passion for capturing the milestone moments in peoples lives through digital, film and super8. Becoming a photographer has been the best decision of my life (other than when I decided to marry my husband!). I've always loved taking videos and photos ever since I was little, there was a part of me that knew how important documenting stages of our lives is even at a young age.

But enough with the back story, what is most important is how I shoot, here's a little play by play: we meet up, we chat a bit and most likely bond over something, I ask you to run around a bit, we probably will walk to find the perfect spot (you will for sure get your steps in), I'll find someway to make you laugh and that is when the photos become memories of you. My priority is making these photos make you feel exactly how you felt in this season of life, the excitement of an expecting mother, the giggles of little babies running around, all the emotions of the biggest day of your life. When you look back in 20+ years at these photos my hope is you will feel how you did then, smell the summer breeze in the wind, remember the songs that were playing that day and give you something to hold on to.
